      Detailed job description
      • Handle all scheduling in Studio (including quality Control and Proofreading), using the relevant tools
      • Prepare and update scheduling report for the work in the system for discussion with management
      • Coordination of all jobs/projects within teams
      • Check daily workload of every designer, typesetter and reader. Schedule their workload according to deadlines and availability
      • Have daily discussions on the status of all jobs to ensure that the hours allocated on the job do not exceed allocated budget hours
      • Keep tight control on job status in the studio (managing time spent on each task briefed in, timing/deadlines etc )
      • Set up creative reviews
      • Constant interaction with Creatives/Studio
      • On completion of the job, set up a review with management
      • Ensure that all creative work is reviewed and approved before being handed to management
      • Keep management updated of any issues regarding freelancers or contractors
      • Assist Finance to ensure that all Creative timesheets for the preceding week are completed by close of business on Monday
      Skills required to perform
      • Verifiable experience in managing traffic  on long-form publication projects, specifically annual, integrated, sustainability and ESG reports, in excess of 200 pages.
      • A good understanding of print and repro
      • A thorough understanding of the creative and production process involved
      • Good interpersonal skills to deal with various personalities within the agency
      • A good motivator and ability to get good work out of the creative team
      • Good attention to detail
      • Good co-ordinating skills
      • Ability to work under pressure
      • Basic computer knowledge of various packages eg MS Office, Google Docs, etc
      • An ability to put the necessary systems and procedures in place
