Service Advisor

Requirements

• Minimum two to three years’ experience as a service advisor in a dealership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures.
• Experience with dealership management software Evolve is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers.
• Liaise with customers at all times regarding their vehicle (WIP).
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details are recorded in the system.
• Update necessary vehicle details.
• Prepare quotations.
• Ensure accurate invoice payments.
• Manage the full vehicle handover process.
• Conduct customer follow-ups.
• Maintain a high CSI.
