Requirements
- Relevant qualification
- Minimum one year data experience
- Experience in reconciliation space in the banking industry
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R
- Previous experience working with Databricks and/or Spark-based technologies for big data processing
- Competency in data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with process optimisation and automation
- Experience working with large datasets and optimising and automating processes
- Ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets to drive business decisions
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Oversight of all payment operation reconciliation data extracts
- Fixing problematic files
- Enhancements and rebuilds
- New builds
- Loss and risk reduction
- Audit alignment
- Improved customer experience
