Requirements:
- Fully qualified with RE5 certification.
- Valid National Credit Act (NCA) registration.
- Relevant qualification in F&I or related field.
- CPD (Continuous Professional Development) requirements up to date.
- Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a qualified F&I.
- Proven ability to handle 70+ units per month.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) and TMPS (TransUnion Motor and Property Solutions) compliance.
- Ability to build strong, structured finance deals.
- Experience with Signio (beneficial).
- Personal Traits:
- A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Proactive approach to meeting targets and ensuring compliance.
- Facilitate financing and insurance solutions for customers, ensuring all deals comply with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant process.
- Build strong finance and insurance deals, meeting both the customer’s needs and dealership’s requirements.
- Ensure compliance with FICA, TMPS, and all relevant financial regulations.
- Meet monthly unit targets (70+ units).
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, regulations, and products.
