We are currently recruiting for an experienced and client-focused Service Delivery Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring the highest levels of performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and OLAs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Continuous Service Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and delivery processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure seamless execution.
- Incident Management: Take ownership of critical incidents, ensure timely resolution, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Track service delivery metrics and drive initiatives to maintain and improve performance standards.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on service performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all service delivery processes comply with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL certification or similar service management qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technology or service-driven industry.
- Experience in managing technical teams and working in client-facing roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in service management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
